The Phlebotomists are always very polite and helpful. Why should I be asked for my opinion on services I did not receive? Such as I did not use the reception, but they are normally most helpful. I used the touch screen! This should have no answer I was not involved in any decision making process today, it should have no answer.

My doctor is very good and discusses treatment and gives good information. He is very helpful. The phlebotomists are very good too, very quick and efficient and very nice ladies. I have had mixed experiences with receptionists over the years, some are very pleasant and some have been bordering on rude. I have had wrong appointments given to me and when I have arrived at the time I was given, been treated like it was my fault, not theirs. No apology and no attempt at customer service. I sometimes have felt like I should be grateful to be seen at all and dislike this attitude. This, I emphasise is with some of the receptionists and not anyone back of house. I have also found in the past that not being able to make a forward appointment, but being told to phone up at 8am each day until an appointment is available is extremely difficult for a working person. I cannot understand the reason for this and would like an explanation of why there is an assumption that if I make an appointment for two weeks in the future I will not bother to turn up for it. Please do not tar everyone with the same brush. I would like it to be possible to make a longer term appointment. I would like to feel that when I ring up I will always get a good and helpful conversation and at present I do not feel this. I think that customer service is important in all services provided whether government, or commercial.

I really like Park Surgery and have already recommended the surgery to friends and family alike. The staff are always kind but it is evident they are all under pressure all the time, seeming to be working at 110% all the time, that is concerning in itself as no-one should be expected to work at that level on a continuous basis.

It is really difficult to get an appointment. If you go online you cannot get one for at least 2 weeks. Phoning on the day is really difficult when you are working. If you phone at 8 you wait at least 20 mins to get through so you are late to work. If you wait til you get to work all the appointments are gone. It is also really difficult to take time out at work with no notice. I cannot understand why more appointments aren't available to book online. It would also help if regular evening sessions were available. However most of the staff try their best and I have had no problems with any of the doctors once you manage to get to see one.
